“Las casas argentinas tienen hoy más pantallas que libros, diarios y revistas. Esta es una decisión de los adultos que no obedece a una cuestión económica, sino con la manera en que nos relacionamos con la información, el conocimiento y el entretenimiento; hoy es a través de pantallas. Por esto entiendo que el rol de la escuela ha cambiado, porque el acceso a la información les permite a los chicos, jóvenes, adultos estar en contacto con la información ya que esta abunda. Ante esto, lo que si necesitamos de parte de la familia, de parte de la escuela, de la universidad, es enseñar a leer esa información, analizarla, procesarla, evaluarla para que la persona tenga la capacidad de construir su propia opinión sobre una base reflexiva y crítica.”
Diego Levis“Hace ya unos cuantos años, casi 20, caractericé a la pantalla con un concepto de Pantalla Ubicua; en cuanto abarca todas las actividades humanas. Vivimos en una sociedad de la pantalla. Y en este sentido, tiempo y espacio son características propias de la pantalla que transgrede las divisiones espacio temporales y materiales en las que vivimos. Estamos aquí, pero una vez que interviene la pantalla podríamos estar en este tiempo pero en otro espacio, y entonces como tiempo y espacio van unidos hay una modificación que no siempre es percibida.”
